while Nigeria is still grappling with basic aspect of the old economic order – analog.
Agroprenuers must be developed in replacement of oil which is determined by foreign interest.. Various agencies must take agroprocessing serious with the SME ,
SME are the largest employers of labour in the country. SMEDAN put an estimate of 37 million of SMEs in Nigeria in 2013.

In 2017 the Federal government through the Vice President set 10.6% growth target for manufacturing sector. MSMES are the engine room for the proposal that will engage the youths. It should be understood that the budget of a country is only about less than 10% of the yearly expenditure in the economy but has accelerator effect on the financial plan and can be used to consolidate achievement and to deliver on ERGP. In the Economic Recovery Growth Plan – ERGP, manufacturing is key, Federal government recognizes that economy is likely to remain in a part of steady and steep decline if the narrative and trajectory are not changed which warranted the focus on economic diversification through targeted Investment in key priority sector such as agro-processing.

In 2017 the captured federal revenue generation of Non- oil revenues ( custom, FiRS- Tax, and sundry) was # 4.18 trillion while oil revenues were #2.99 trillion. To further boost Agrioprenuerial manufacturing, I will opine that Fed. Govt. should Establish in each of the 6 geo-political zones an industrial belt equipped with industrial parks with stable electricity from renewable energy sources eg. Hydroelectricity and other sources of green energy such as solar, windmill, and others. to compliment the National grid. As the national grid increases there will be Technological progress and growth and many moribund industries will come back to life.

Human Capital Development is very Germaine to development of Micro, Cottage plants of fruits and vegetables such as Tomatoes juice and paste, Oranges, Pineapple juices, also gasification ( packaging) of perishables such as Plantain, Banana and other vegetables for export purposes.

One area to diversify the economy is to expand the revenue base through agrioprenuerial manufacturing in Sustainable food security and value chain development especially processing that brings good quality products retail in simpler packaging eg. Sachets of coffee, toothpaste, water, and many more.

With the recent encouragement, the federal government is extending to the Chinese government and her people in various vital sectors of our economy such as Hydroelectricity, Railways transportation, etc our engineers must understudy them and be able to take over in similar assignments in no distance future. so that Nigeria will not play up to Chinese contraption as evidenced in Zambia.

TYPES OF COLD CHAINS

-SHOCK FREEZERS
Shock Freezers are professional equipment that controls temperature necessary for keeping products fresh for a long time.
While preserving the products the equipment makes to keep undamaged nutritional value of the products after being defrosted. The equipment is made to consists of Double Stage Semi Hermatic compressors. The Shock freezers system allows to lower the temperature very rapidly up to -180°C degrees. Freezing is provided by air coolers of it by blowing over fronted surface of the wagon. This enables to freeze down quickly in cold air flow. The room air should not exceed 35°/-40.°C. Besides, it’s proven to be a low-waste and environment friendly system.

COLDSTORAGE
This system is manufactured and installed with the entire components like it is ready to use. It could be of mobile device.
This system can be disassembled so it can be moved to other places.
Cold storage consist of the following levels and types of preserving:
-Cold-rooms 🙁 +16° / +5°C)
-Cold storage Rooms (+5°/-5°C)
-Freezing Rooms : (-18°/-23°C)
-Shock freezer :(-35°/-40°C) .

DEEPFREEZE ROOMS.
These are for preserving products such as meat, poultry etc. For a long time. They are preserved under temperatures not exceeding – 18°/-23°C. In order to isolate these rooms 150mm width sandwich panels are used.

COLD ROOMS
Cold rooms are used to keep baked goods, chocolates etc.
The cold rooms prevent bacteria from growing. Low ventilation allows workers to work without endangering their health which is very important aspect too.
