The concept of featuring the fiber is to authentic the fact that most foods are indeed fiber deficient – most of us consume only about 12 – 18grams a day when we should be consuming between 20 – 30gms. I am therefore encouraging that more dietary fiber particularly from vegetables, fruits and whole grains be taken regularly.

GRAIN MOPHOLOGY
A grain structure consists of the followings :
— The Hull (husk.) made up of glume and palea.-silicate and other minerals.
— Pericarp consists of epicarp, mesocarp and crosslayer.
— Aleurone layer is rich in essential amino acids,- lysine, methionine, tryptophan, histidine, threonine and arginine., vitamins A&B.
— Embryo the reproductive compartment consists of scutellim, epiblast, plumule and radicle.
— Endosperm is the store house of carbohydrates – starch.
When the above are removed from grain during processing then only Endosperm remains simple sugar results (bad carbs.).
Insoluble fiber found in most whole grains especially in wheat doesn’t dissolve in water rather it absorbs many times it’s own weight in water. This water adds bulk and softness to the stool and there by speedup the movement of food through the. Intestines helping to prevent Constipation. The insoluble fiber like soluble fiber also slows down digestion of starches and helps prevent swings in blood Sugar.
In addition to fiber’s positive impact on our gastrointestinal system, we also know that y slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates, fiber helps prevent type 2 diabetes and litany of other diseases associated with the poor western diet (due to processing .). and litany of other diseases associated with processed foods.

-Increase bulk and reduce the transit time of feces moving through the bowel.
– Increase excretion of cholesterol containing bile along with known fecal pro-carcinogens (.substances that promote cancer, ).
– – Lower cholesterol levels.
– – Inprove insulin sensitivity.
– Lower blood pressure.
– – Promotes weight loss.
– – Reduces the harmful effects of bad LDL cholesterol.
– – Helps reduce inflammation.
From the above getting sufficient fiber through healthful carbs and if necessary a fiber supplement should be a high priority

TYPES OF COLD CHAINS

-SHOCK FREEZERS
Shock Freezers are professional equipment that controls temperature necessary for keeping products fresh for a long time.
While preserving the products the equipment makes to keep undamaged nutritional value of the products after being defrosted. The equipment is made to consists of Double Stage Semi Hermatic compressors. The Shock freezers system allows to lower the temperature very rapidly up to -180°C degrees. Freezing is provided by air coolers of it by blowing over fronted surface of the wagon. This enables to freeze down quickly in cold air flow. The room air should not exceed 35°/-40.°C. Besides, it’s proven to be a low-waste and environment friendly system.

COLDSTORAGE
This system is manufactured and installed with the entire components like it is ready to use. It could be of mobile device.
This system can be disassembled so it can be moved to other places.
Cold storage consist of the following levels and types of preserving:
-Cold-rooms 🙁 +16° / +5°C)
-Cold storage Rooms (+5°/-5°C)
-Freezing Rooms : (-18°/-23°C)
-Shock freezer :(-35°/-40°C) .

DEEPFREEZE ROOMS.
These are for preserving products such as meat, poultry etc. For a long time. They are preserved under temperatures not exceeding – 18°/-23°C. In order to isolate these rooms 150mm width sandwich panels are used.

COLD ROOMS
Cold rooms are used to keep baked goods, chocolates etc.
The cold rooms prevent bacteria from growing. Low ventilation allows workers to work without endangering their health which is very important aspect too.
