GINGER
Ginger is widely used worldwide as a spice, and demonstrated some efficacy to treat neurological diseases , diabetes, rheumatism , gingivitis, toothache, asthma, constipation, maldigestion nausea and vomiting.
Four randomised controlled trials involving 177 patients were included in the meta-analysis published in the 2023 edition of the journal African Health Sciences. The doses of ginger supplementation ranged from 1000mg daily to 1500mg daily. Overall compared with non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases, ginger supplementation was associated with significantly reduced alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance but revealed no obvious impact on aspertate – aminotransferase (AST) , total cholesterol , low density lipoprotein (LDL) or Body Mass Index ( BMI ).
It was suggested that the beneficial effect of ginger supplementation on Non Alcoholic fatty liver disease is because ginger has substantial ability to improve insulin sensitivity to body fat and transformation of cholesterol to bile acids.
NON-ALCOHOLIC fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the term for a range of conditions caused by a build up of fat in the liver in people who drink little or no alcohol . It’s usually seen in people living with obesity , high cholesterol , high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
No drugs are available to treat the condition; so diet and lifestyle changes are among the most effective management strategies .
Specifically, experts say increase intake of GARLIC and GINGER can also protect against obesity -triggered non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

GARLIC
Research published found that garlic powder may potentially lead to significant reductions in LDL (low density lipoprotein ) cholesterol, triglyceride levels and the severity of liver fat accumulation. The study further showed that , with other interventions like weightloss and physical activity , NAFDL patients could potentially see improvements in their liver health.
It works with garlic as well, this is because it contains a mild toxin which can seep through just about every membrane.

This is why people can smell if you’ve been eating it, not from your breath but from your skin.

If you have cold and flu, then take small amount of garlic every day until the infection disappears. Garlic tends to reduce the frequency of colds and flu without any side effects. A suggested dose would be two or three cloves of raw or cookedgarlic a day.

We all face horrid acne, blemishes, blackheads during our teens. If you want to reduce it, or if s just want to glow up your skin, then take two cloves of raw garlic regularly with warm water early in the morning.

It works as a blood cleanser and clean your system internally. Do not eat chocolates, spicy or oily food during this treatment and rinse your face five times a day with cold water. Drinks lots of water daily to flush off toxic waste from the blood and urinate whenever you feel that your bladder is full .Else, apply a cut clove gently on the affected area only if you have no sensitivity to it.

If you have High Cholesterol Level, use garlic in your food. This is the better way for heart patients to reduce their cholesterol level. Modern medical science suggests one reason that garlic might reduce cholesterol , i.e. “Garlic is a proven anti-oxidant”. This property might help to prevent LDL (Low Density Lipo Protein) from being oxidized. In this way the cholesterol build-up that clogs the arteries could perhaps be reduced by garlic.

If you are very fat and want to loose weight, squeeze half lemon juice in one glass of luke warm water and drink it with two cloves of raw garlic regularly twice a day (morning and evening), for about three months. Avoid using starchy foods and fats. Do exercise regularly. You’ll amazingly fell a great change in your body.

If you have Wrinkles, and you want to use anti ageing cream, it would be better to use 3 cloves of garlic regularly as it has a powerful antioxidant effect, which help to protect the body against damaging “Free Radicals”. Remember, our skin is made up of collagen and it looses elasticity on yearly basis. Therefore, use garlic and do exercise regularly for the positive results.

If you have Earache, put two or three drops of warm garlic oil in the ears.

Take garlic to boosts the weight of babies in the womb. Thus, when they are born, they are heavier than they would have been if you hadn’t taken garlic. Some babies are born too small, so garlic is a definite boon in these cases too.

Use two raw garlic daily to reduce the risk of cancer, due to its Anti-Carcinogenic properties. It helps prevent cancerous compounds from forming and developing into tumors. It also inhibits the growth of tumors.

If any insect bites you at the seaside, you just crush the garlic and apply it to the affected area to reduce pain and to remove poison.

Toothache – Among many home remedies for toothache, the use of garlic has been passed down for years to treat this issue; the antibiotic compound called allicin is what give garlic this ability. When garlic is crushed, this compound is released, helping to slow bacterial activity upon application and ingestion. Try applying a crushed garlic clove or garlic powder to the area. It may burn, but the pain from the toothache could vanish within minutes, although it could take hours. Repeat this over a few days, and you all should be well.

Repel mosquitoes – Although not conclusive, there is a long history of using garlic to get rid of many insects. Garlic has a reputation for protecting people from mosquito bites, specifically.

Warts – Each night before bed, crush up a clove of garlic, rub it on the wart, and apply a bandage. Additionally, cover the wart with juice from garlic twice a day.

Earache – Mix some sesame oil with a garlic clove and warm the mixture up in a pan. Afterwards, use it as ear drops. It is recommended that you allow the mixture to sit in the ear for 10 minutes or longer.

TYPES OF COLD CHAINS

-SHOCK FREEZERS
Shock Freezers are professional equipment that controls temperature necessary for keeping products fresh for a long time.
While preserving the products the equipment makes to keep undamaged nutritional value of the products after being defrosted. The equipment is made to consists of Double Stage Semi Hermatic compressors. The Shock freezers system allows to lower the temperature very rapidly up to -180°C degrees. Freezing is provided by air coolers of it by blowing over fronted surface of the wagon. This enables to freeze down quickly in cold air flow. The room air should not exceed 35°/-40.°C. Besides, it’s proven to be a low-waste and environment friendly system.

COLDSTORAGE
This system is manufactured and installed with the entire components like it is ready to use. It could be of mobile device.
This system can be disassembled so it can be moved to other places.
Cold storage consist of the following levels and types of preserving:
-Cold-rooms 🙁 +16° / +5°C)
-Cold storage Rooms (+5°/-5°C)
-Freezing Rooms : (-18°/-23°C)
-Shock freezer :(-35°/-40°C) .

DEEPFREEZE ROOMS.
These are for preserving products such as meat, poultry etc. For a long time. They are preserved under temperatures not exceeding – 18°/-23°C. In order to isolate these rooms 150mm width sandwich panels are used.

COLD ROOMS
Cold rooms are used to keep baked goods, chocolates etc.
The cold rooms prevent bacteria from growing. Low ventilation allows workers to work without endangering their health which is very important aspect too.
