VEGETABLES
When it comes to enjoying good carbs on energy diet. One cannot stress enough the importance of eating a variety of fruits and vegetables in many colors. As a group these foods are most nutrient-dense and are generally high in Fiber. While we’ve always known that fruits and vegetables contained important nutrients, it is only recently that we have begun to discover just how many. Thousands of phytonutrients have already been discovered in these foods and more are being found daily. We are just beginning to understand their enormous importance and contributions to our health and wellness.
For example, Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kale and bok Choy are antioxidant, vitamins and minerals powerhouse that can help lower our chances of developing cardiovascular disease. These vegetables have also been found to reduce age- related memory loss, combat certain forms of cancer and help prevent a host of other diseases.
Carotenoid rich sweet potatoes, carrots and other orange vegetables can help reduce low- density lipoprotein (LDL.) cholesterol, lower high blood pressure and protect against inflammatory conditions like asthma and arthritis. And licopene – rich tomatoes can help protect against prostate cancer.
FRUITS
The benefits continue when it comes to fruits. Take blueberries, raspberry and strawberry to name just a few of my favorites. They’re excellent sources of phytonutrients and antioxidants including vitamin C. Other fruits like bananas and citrus fruits provide potassium which helps maintain a healthy blood pressure. And the dietary fiber from all fruits is important for health in general.
While most fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of good carbohydrates, not all are created equal.
ROOTS
Some starchy vegetables, mainly root vegetables eg beets and potatoes should be limited. Even there are significant differences in their health profiles. They can be graded on the amount of nutrients and fiber versus the amount of starch (and sugar.) they contain. The starches in these vegetables, like those in refined grains, are chains of glucose molecules that can cause exaggerated swings in blood sugar of our commonly eaten vegetables, many types of white potatoes contain a great deal of starch and little fiber (.especially when eaten without the skin)
The sweet potatoes on the other hand is particularly nutrients- rich, with vitamins A, C and B6 and has considerable more fiber than the white potatoes which is why it is a Phase 2 favorite in diets.
As with vegetables, there is a difference in the nutritional quality of fruits, depending on the amount of natural sugar they contain relative to their fiber and other nutrients. Generally, berries such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries have favorable fiber and nutrients – to – sugar ratios. Apples also have plenty of fiber and NUTRIENTS.
TROPICAL FRUITS . On the other end of the spectrum are certain tropical fruits such as pineapple and watermelon, which are particularly high in sugar and have relatively less fiber. For the most part, whole fruits are great nutrients sources, which is why I have always recommended eating whole fruits versus drinking their juice. That is because in many fruits most of the nutrients are found in their brightly colored skin, which also contains a good deal of fiber. (In the case of citrus fruits or fruits with rinds, the fiber and nutrients are in the pulp or flesh .).
Fruit juices certainty contain some good nutrients, including antioxidants but when a fruit’s skin is removed during processing, much of the fiber and some of the antioxidants can be lost with it.
PROCESSING – Additionally, the removal of fiber results in the faster absorption of the natural sugar (fructose .) from the juice. When it comes to fruits, think of it this way : The whole fruit is better than fresh squeezed, which is better than concentrated juice. In fact, concentrated fruits juices can adversely affect blood sugar swing in diabetics, much like soft drinks.
IN SUMMARY
The good carbs are the nutrients dense, fiber- rich whole grains, vegetables and fruits that are essential to maintaining good health.
Bad carbs are the sugary and starchy, highly processed foods lack fiber and add nothing to your diet but empty calories. Remember, it is not about low or high carb but the right carbs.

TYPES OF COLD CHAINS
-SHOCK FREEZERS
Shock Freezers are professional equipment that controls temperature necessary for keeping products fresh for a long time.
While preserving the products the equipment makes to keep undamaged nutritional value of the products after being defrosted. The equipment is made to consists of Double Stage Semi Hermatic compressors. The Shock freezers system allows to lower the temperature very rapidly up to -180°C degrees. Freezing is provided by air coolers of it by blowing over fronted surface of the wagon. This enables to freeze down quickly in cold air flow. The room air should not exceed 35°/-40.°C. Besides, it’s proven to be a low-waste and environment friendly system.
COLDSTORAGE
This system is manufactured and installed with the entire components like it is ready to use. It could be of mobile device.
This system can be disassembled so it can be moved to other places.
Cold storage consist of the following levels and types of preserving:
-Cold-rooms 🙁 +16° / +5°C)
-Cold storage Rooms (+5°/-5°C)
-Freezing Rooms : (-18°/-23°C)
-Shock freezer :(-35°/-40°C) .
DEEPFREEZE ROOMS.
These are for preserving products such as meat, poultry etc. For a long time. They are preserved under temperatures not exceeding – 18°/-23°C. In order to isolate these rooms 150mm width sandwich panels are used.
